1. About these terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website jmschauer.com and the games on it (together, "Jmschauer" or the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Who may use the service
You must be 18 years of age or older and resident in the United Kingdom. We ask you to confirm this when you enter the site and when you create an account, and we may ask for reasonable proof. If we learn that a player is under 18, we will close their account and delete their data.
Jmschauer is not intended for, and must not be used by, anyone who has self-excluded from gambling and feels that casino-style imagery may be harmful to them. Please read our Responsible Play page.
3. Free social play, not gambling
Jmschauer is a free social casino. The games imitate the look and feel of slots and arcade machines, but:
- there is nothing to buy and no way to deposit money;
- virtual coins, bonuses, XP and levels have no monetary value, cannot be purchased, sold, transferred, exchanged or withdrawn;
- no game awards money, goods or prizes of any real-world value;
- outcomes in our games say nothing about your chances in real-money gambling.
Because no money or valuable prize is at stake, the Service is not gambling under the Gambling Act 2005 and is not licensed by the Gambling Commission.
4. Your account
You may create one account per person. You must give accurate details (name, email address and UK phone number) and keep them up to date. You are responsible for keeping your password secret and for everything done under your account. Tell us at once through the contact form if you think someone else has used it.
You may sign in with Google instead of a password. In that case Google confirms your identity to our server and Google's own terms apply to your Google account.
After five wrong password attempts an account is locked for 15 minutes. You can delete your account at any time from the My Account page; deletion is immediate and permanent.
5. Coins, bonuses and levels
New accounts receive 100,000 virtual coins. Signed-in players may collect a daily bonus of 10,000 coins once per calendar day (UK time). Opening a game and collecting bonuses earn XP, which determines your level from Rookie to Legend. We may change coin amounts, bonus rules and level thresholds at any time, and may reset balances for maintenance or where we suspect abuse. None of these items are property and none can be redeemed.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use bots, scripts or automated tools; attempt to access other players' accounts, our server files or any part of the Service you are not meant to reach; copy, reverse-engineer or redistribute our games; upload malicious code; or use the Service in a way that is unlawful, abusive or harmful to others. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.
7. Our games and content
All games, artwork, sounds, text, code and the Jmschauer name are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to play the games through this website for private entertainment. No other rights are granted.
8. Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is" and free of charge. We try to keep it available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may add, change or remove games and features, or withdraw the Service, at any time without notice.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Otherwise, because the Service is free, we are not liable to you for any loss or damage arising from your use of it, including loss of virtual coins, XP or levels.
10. Privacy and cookies
How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookies Policy, which form part of these Terms.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the new Terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, unless you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in which case you may also bring proceedings there. Questions about these Terms can be sent through the contact form.
